An application must be submitted before a showing can happen.

Some basic information that we use to screen for applications includes:

Everyone 18 years or older must fill out an application
No violent, dangerous or drug cases pending or decided
Not on the Sex Offender Registry
Combined verified W2 income not below 3x the rent amount
No pending or decided evictions with large damages owed
In house visit to your current residence
